We want you to be happy with your order. However, if you wish to return something, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send items back. 

Please ensure that the items are unworn, with all labels attached, and returned in their original packaging. This way, we can guarantee they’re ready for resale.

Returns within Germany

➔You will find a DHL returns label with your delivery. Use this label to return the goods.

➔Enclose the return ticket on which you can state the reason for the return.

➔Stick the label on the parcel and hand it in at a DHL branch or parcel shop.

➔We charge a flat rate of EUR 3.95 for processing the return, which will be deducted from the refund. This charge applies per order.

➔The refund will be made within a few days of receipt of the return.

 

Returns from abroad

 

➔If you are returning from abroad, you are responsible for the costs of the return.

➔Enclose the return ticket on which you can state the reason for the return.

➔Select a shipping service provider of your choice. Make sure that the parcel has sufficient postage.
